What does my customer see?

A public product page with the information you choose to publish: product details, materials, care, repair and more. Customers open it from a link or QR without an account. The examples above use fictional products and sample information in the same interface as published passports.

Do I need Shopify, AI or a supplier to start?

No. You can enter product information yourself and share the passport from any webshop. AI drafts, supplier invitations and a Shopify connection are optional. You review your product facts before publishing.

Does publishing a passport make my product compliant?

You remain responsible for your data and the rules that apply to your product. Templates help organise information; they do not certify compliance. ESPR requirements and start dates depend on product-specific rules. Our category guides explain what is known and what is still being decided.
